Leadership Douglas County (LDC) is an immersive program for established and emerging leaders living or working in Douglas County. Participants dive into local issues, connect with regional leaders, and explore monthly topics through leadership development and a class project. Graduates stay engaged by helping plan the next year’s class, applying their own program experience as alumni.
