Most small businesses are invisible online — and buried in busywork offline.
Your next customer might not Google you. They might ask ChatGPT who to call instead. If your name doesn't come up, you don't exist to them. Meanwhile your team is still running quotes, schedules, and commissions out of one spreadsheet only one person can actually read.
I started The Forge Agency to fix both. We work with small and medium-sized businesses — whatever you build, sell, or service.
What we actually build:
Websites that show up when people search — on Google and inside AI tools like ChatGPT. (It's called GEO, and almost nobody outside big brands is doing it yet.)
The boring-but-valuable automations: a dashboard where every salesperson sees their own jobs and commissions, pulled straight from the spreadsheet you already keep. An AI receptionist that answers after hours. Quotes that go out same-day instead of next week.
One example: we built a metal building company a private dashboard so all seven of their salespeople could see their own projects, delivery dates, and pay — pulled live from the one master spreadsheet their office already runs. No new software to learn, no double entry. The "where's my job?" calls stopped.
The dashboard and the bot aren't the product. What stops happening once they're running is.
If your team keeps asking "where's my job at," or your next customer can't find you online — that's what we do.
Email me, or let's spend 15 minutes on where your business shows up (and where it doesn't).
